3. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Spam, malware distribution, phishing, or illegal activities.
- Hosting content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
- Activities that overload, abuse, or attempt to attack our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate services for violations, with or without notice, depending on severity.
5. Billing & Payments
- Services are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) unless otherwise agreed.
- Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination of service.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases.
6. Refunds
If stated on our website, we may offer a money-back guarantee within a specified period (e.g., 30 days) for new accounts. Refunds outside that policy are at our sole discretion.
7. Uptime & Maintenance
We aim to provide high availability and performance. However, planned maintenance and unplanned outages can occur. Details of uptime commitments are described in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
8. Backups & Data
We may provide automated backups as part of managed services. However, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss beyond what is covered in the SLA.
9. Limitation of Liability
