- If you have purchased any domain names through OkayWebHost.com, the domain(s) will remain active until the end of their registration period but will not be renewed unless explicitly requested.
2. Refund Policy
- 14-Days Money-Back Guarantee (For Hosting Plans):
- We offer a 14-days money-back guarantee on all new hosting service purchases.
- If you are not satisfied with your hosting services and cancel within 14 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds will only be issued for first-time purchases. Renewals and subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds under this policy.
- Exclusions from Refund:
- Domain Name Registrations: Domain name purchases are non-refundable. Once registered, domain fees cannot be refunded as domain registration involves third-party costs.
- Add-On Services and Custom Plans: Certain add-ons, premium services, and custom plans may be non-refundable. These include SSL certificates, backup services, and paid themes/plugins.
- After 14 Days: Refund requests made after the initial 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
- Refund Process:
